With Nathan in New York, Rich has enlisted the help of his first guest co-host - Andrew Pollard.

The man behind the mic for the pre-match events at the Maesgwyn, Andrew is a more-than-capable co-host to come in and pick the bones out of an FA Trophy exit to Altrincham - which may have been the perfect way to go out - give his verdict on Rich's half-time food choices and also assess a bumper schedule in February. 

Rich also catches up with David from Heed Army to look ahead to next Tuesday's trip to take on Gateshead.
