Sometimes out of failures we can rise to the occasion and help to get things done. This last weekend there were several problems in the project I was helping with that needed to get done. It took leadership to help get them accross the finish line in a reasonable fashion.

In this weeks episode I walk through what it takes to be a leader, types of leadership, and how to use that to be effective when the people around are not being as effective in the moment. It is also a great introduction to being a leader when you are not the designated leader.
