You've all been asked this question..."What is the best piece of exercise equipment I should buy for my home?" In today's show I talk about what kind of equipment is best to buy and how to fit the equipment to the patient. The most important part here is that the patient is compliant with using the equipment and that it doesn't just become a coat rack and dust collector. As I tell all of my patients who ask this question, buy something you will use.
