Chances are, if you've read about watches, watch collecting, or watch collectors in the New York Times, you've read an article written by our guest this week. Spence had the privilege of meeting Alexandra on his trip to Vail with Oris. Working as a travel/culture/luxury writer, Alexandra is easily our most well traveled guest, and she was happy to share some of her stories from writing about this space with us. Alexandra calls California home, and is a former professional surfer, but her job has taken her to more countries than I can remember as I am writing these show notes, driving faster cars than many of us have had the opportunity to (one of which had her driving one James Stacey around Germany). She will be attending her first Watches&Wonders event later this month, an experience I am looking forward to reading about upon her return!
