A lot of times, people think of the idea of “optimization” as an outcome, rather than a process & if there is one thing I’ve learned it’s that what we do to optimize ourselves today may change tomorrow. The more that we are able to look at the idea of optimization as a journey, rather than a destination, the more we can actually enjoy that journey & trust in the notion that so long as we put our best foot forward each day, we will ultimately end up exactly where we’re meant to be.
