If you played and won the lottery, a huge amount of money, would you be bothered by a requirement that you be publicly named?  Does this stop you from playing or this issue wouldn’t make a difference to you?

The recent winner of the $560 million Powerball in January is facing this situation.  She has signed her ticket, but now has petitioned the court to allow her to claim her winnings anonymously.  So far, it’s not looking good for her.
