On August 24, 2019, Stephen Tripp shot John Indelicato in Broward County, Florida. John survived, but was badly injured and now has a permanent disability. Stephen claimed that John was the aggressor, and John claimed that Stephen was. Was this a case of Florida Stand Your Ground Law or was it a road rage incident?
