I think the idea of auditing your circle is something that resonates so strongly because everyone wants to do it, and everyone has a really hard time doing it. 

Auditing your circle involves cutting ties with the people in your life who are no longer serving you, and seeking out people who will help you level up. You want people who will support and love you, but also who will challenge you and raise the conversation.
