Brenda gets charged with trespassing, burglary, and criminal trespassing, but Jim gets her out on a $50k bail. While awaiting her sentencing Brenda refuses to apologize for her actions and her friends refuse to talk to her based on (bad) legal advice. Meanwhile, the article about Brandon is finally about to drop, and Josh reveals his secret plan: Brandon backs him for student council president next year or he releases the article. Oh yeah, and Steve plays golf.
