My guest on this episode has dedicated his life to being the "Master Networker." Steve Spiro is the author of the new book The TAO Of A Master Connector. In our conversation, Steve shares how he went from being the ultimate introvert to growing his network to over 41,000 people and counting. And he shares the simple yet incredibly challenging and difficult way he shifted his mindset to grow his network.

About Steve:

Steve Spiro started his first company right out of college in advertising. Additionally, he holds a 4th-degree black belt in Karate and a 1st degree in Jujitsu, including having his own Karate studio. Steve attributes much of his success to a strong work ethic, a can-do, never-quit attitude, discipline, integrity, and fearlessness that he cultivated in the martial arts. Steve is a master connector with over 41,000 contacts. He also hosts a LinkedIn Live broadcast every week called The Master Connector Show. After pivoting from advertising to technology, Steve is now a business automation consultant and has recently published The TAO of a Master Connector.

Steve's Book: The TAO of a Master Connector explains how an introvert became a Master Connector. It provides lessons on how to overcome challenges, build a big community, and connect authentically.
