Hosts Jen O'Neill Smith and Sally Brooks begin the episode with quickies about some dumb dumb couples (and a guy who does something so gross that it makes Jen legit cringe). 

Jen tells the true crime story of Benita Alexander and Paolo Macchiarini and Sally shares the heartwarming stories of friendship and love from Tia Wimbush and Susan Ellis.

They end the episode talking about things that are dumb (no real vacation and sleeping in the same room as a 5 year old) and things they love (Chattanooga, TN and "The Postscript Murders" by Elly Griffiths).
