Vic interviews Liz Flatt about the murder of her sister Deborah Sue Williamson.  The murder was originally pinned on Henry Lee Lucas, but through the efforts of her family (Bob and Joyce Lemons) they were able to play a big part in exposing the hoax the Texas Rangers had created.  Although Deborah's murder is still unsolved it is positively know that the culprit wasn't Henry Lee Lucas.
