Filmmaker Jeff Witzeman tells the story of how he became aware of dominant big money interests in the medical system during his wife's battle with cancer and his children's vaccine injuries. He describes our "adventure" with filing surety bonds claims against San Diego County Supervisor Nathan Fletcher. Jeff is a visionary  who has purchased a farm, formed a private membership association for his business, and is creating other alternative structures in health care and education, right here in San Diego County.
