A long-time friend of mine called me today and we started talking about Gary V and side hustles.

He told me that he started selling socks as his side hustle.

Not necessarily because he's always had a dream to get rich.

But because he started to enjoy these particular socks that have helped him regain his individualism outside of his corporate 9-5 job.

So he wanted to share them with others and has had some pretty good success starting out.

Will it be enough to take over his existing job or build a retirement?

Who knows.

What it will do is allow him to enjoy his hobby and make a little spending money.

After all, when we look back on life, we never say, "I wish I would have done less"
