Seville Rotary Club will be hosting the 10th Arrogant Steak Cook Off (ASCO) to raise funds for non-profit organizations in the Pensacola area. This event is held annually and has raised over $200,000 since its inception. The event features 20 four-person cooking teams competing for awards and bragging rights for the best prepared New York Strip Steaks provided by Winn-Dixie. Ticket holders will try the teams’ offerings and vote for their favorite with a provided ticket or cash. There will also be a panel of judges awarding top prizes for their preferred steaks. This year’s event will be held Friday, October 14th at 6 p.m. in the plaza of Seville Quarter.
