Josh Smythe-Macaulay is a resident of Council District 8) and a graduate of Austin’s James Bowie High School. Now a junior at Columbia University, he is studying Sociology along with being a student-athlete on the varsity football team. He has previously interned for Magic Johnson Enterprises.
