Studying pharmacy can be overwhelming—UNLESS you use what we cover in this week’s podcast to simplify the learning process.
The new standard of social media is inescapable in our lives, and we can now use it as a tool to help us get through pharmacy school, prepare for exams, and strengthen our clinical skills as pharmacists looking to continuously improve our clinical skill set. The medium of infographics / infomemes for learning is becoming the pharmacy professional’s best friend, and this week we are going to explore this facet of pharmacy with the founder RxNotes, one of the creators of this type of content.
Miriam Ahmed, PharmD, graduated from University of British Columbia Pharmacy in May 2019. She currently work in community practice at an independent pharmacy that specializes in mental health, and works very closely with the nurses, social and support workers, GPs and psychiatrists of local mental health teams. She is also the founder and CEO of RxNotes, which is an educational platform for pharmacy students and pharmacists.
