The expression "You are what you eat" is a pretty common one but not entirely accurate. We think it should be "You are what you digest". The way we process and breakdown foods varies from person to person but for the most part, certain foods should just be avoided. We talk about some of these foods, the ways to build up our digestive system and how to plan out a healthy relationship with food.
