Perfectionism is something that is so deep rooted in us, especially as high performers.  The desire to wait for the perfect time, the perfect resume, etc.  This keeps us small and doesn't allow us to take action with full trust.  Ultimately, we plan too much and lose sight of our career goals.  Learn how to overcome the need to be perfect before stepping into action that feels scary.
