In today's episode I discuss one of the 12 Agile Principles and a cornerstone of the Agile Manifesto, embracing change. Agile is all about adapting to ver-changing needs, and in today's episode I will give you some examples of places that I reflected on my delivery model and incorporated change into my plans.
