This week, we will explore the journey of ⁠Minh Lê⁠. Minh is the author of well-regarded picture books such as Lift and Drawn Together as well as the middle grades graphic novel Green Lantern: Legacy. He is an early childhood education policy expert and a faculty member for Hamline University’s MFA Program in Writing for Children and Young Adults. 

On this episode, we will discuss Minh's work as a board member for the We Need Diverse Books organization, the growing issue of book banning and censorship, and how he teaches his students at Hamline to write from an authentic place.
