Let's talk about Sponsors. Why you need one and how to win one.

You don't have to have a Sponsor to progress to the next level. But having a person of influence invested in you and going out to bat for you Is going to make achieving that promotion significantly quicker, easier and likely to result in success. Especially if you're a black lawyer.

2. Earn trust by building the Sponsorship Relationship; and
   
3. Get a firm commitment to sponsor you by having the Sponsorship Conversation
