These sellers can be a bit difficult to deal with sometimes, but you can occasionally find deals. We are also talking about a recent eviction (my first) that just got finished. We talk about the cost of it and how long it took. Although I could have sped up the process, I delayed the precess because I was busy and I wanted to see if the tenants would move out.
