Let's get into a brand new episode of the KOGpod as we get into the AFC Championship game!

- For the 5th straight year, the AFC Championship game will be at Arrowhead Stadium as the Chiefs take on the Bengals.  Blake and Tommy break down this game and what it may take for the Chiefs to finally beat the Bengals after losing their last 3 games against Cincy.

- It's been a highly entertaining Big 12 season in hoops so far as currently 6 of the 10 teams are within 1 game of 1st place.  In the highly competitive conference, Kansas State is tied for the lead and have been one of the nation's best stories with Jerome Tang at the helm.  On the other end, the Kansas Jayhawks have lost 3 straight and are in danger of losing 4 straight for the first time in the Bill Self era.  Blake and Tommy break down the trajectories of both teams and how the 2nd half of the conference season may turn out.

- At the time of the recording, Wichita State men's basketball was locked in a battle with Tulane inside Koch Arena.  Tommy and Blake discuss the Shockers and where they stand in American conference play.

- Our Wichita Whiparound features discussion on the announcement of a renovation for Wilkins Stadium for Wichita State softball and 3 ranked teams in KCAC men's basketball.

- The show wraps up with quick updates on trade moves from the Kansas City Royals, including their recent trade of Adalberto Mondesi.
