Friends and peers are the best and worst for these students.
Almost no students wanted the school change their policy, but they did want more help on what to do and not to do.
What was most surprising about their research.
Be intentionally relational. Be intentionally formative. Be intentionally secure.
We need to value persons even when our positions are in tension.
We have to live in the tension. Too often to eliminate the anxiety the tension brings, we eliminate the tension by moving to one side of the other.
We have to have a secure environment before students are comfortable engaging in the work of developing who they are.
It's hard to be challenged if you don't feel safe.
What they are learning currently about their research.
