In today's episode I talk to the president of MANA and now candidate for the El Centro City Council Mrs Martha Cardenas-Singh.  She is one of six candidates including two incumbent candidates, she is also 1 of 34 women running for public office in the Imperial Valley.  I spoke to Martha about why she's running who it feels to be part of this historic number of women running for public office in the valley, amongst other things.
