Accountability and Encouragement are two sides of the same coin in making disciples. In this episode, I briefly show two examples of accountability and encouragement, talk about accountability and why we need it, encouragement and why we need it, and then I wrap up with three methods to use and what kind of relationships are best suited for accountability and encouragement.
