Amanda and I have known each other since high school so its great to finally have her on the podcast.  Amanda is a Certified Personal Trainer with a BS in Kinesiology from CSUN. Amanda became fascinated with fitness, nutrition, bodybuilding, powerlifting and personal training at a young age and has so much advice to share with men and women regarding the physical, mental and emotional benefits of fitness and stories from her own personal experience.
