John Montgomery is a Kentucky native who spent 21 years in the U.S. Army as an officer. He finished off his career while serving as a Professor of Military Science at Austin Peay State University (APSU). He continues to teach leadership courses for APSU and decided to pursue a career in real-estate

Robert Roof hails from South Carolina and completed his service to the nation after 20 years in the U.S. Army as an enlisted soldier. He served in many positions as an Infantry soldier and actually met John Montgomery when he took on a position teaching at APSU in the ROTC program. He decided to join John on the journey of becoming a formidable real-estate professional and continues to grow through lifelong learning.
