Austin Rutherford started investing in real estate when he was 19. He bought a rental property and then started flipping houses a year later. Now 5 years in to the business, he has bought over 90 deals, borrowed over $7M in private money to fund these deals and currently has 15-20 projects going on at any given time. He is a huge believer in creating the right mind set to be successful and surrounding himself with the right people that will continually force him to level up.
