Taylor Somerville is an XPT Master Coach, and founded his company, Symmetry, after working in the investment business for 15 years. Going through a divorce in 2014, Taylor discovered breath work as a means to deal with the stress and anxiety in his personal and professional lives. Through breath-work, Taylor was able to learn how to respond to stressful situations in a productive rather than a reactive manner.
In 2017, after seeing the positive changes in himself, Taylor felt a calling to help others take back control of their lives so they could have more time, more energy, and less stress. We’re all faced with stresses at some point in our lives, and Taylor has made it his mission to teach the empowering tools we can all be using to better prepare ourselves for the challenges of life.
This was a really fun chat, Taylor’s clearly so committed to what he does and the people he works with, and he’s also a bit of an adventurer, and I always love getting into it with people who just want to test themselves and see how much they can push their boundaries.
