Elizabeth Colegrove is the founder of the Reluctant Landlord. She and her husband bought their first investment property when she was only 23 years of age. Now at only 32, Elizabeth and her husband own 9 rentals and a studio.

And they were able to build this real estate empire of theirs despite the fact that Elizabeth’s husband is in the military so they’ve had to move over and over again all around the country. 

Their resourcefulness is inspirational. And after talking to Elizabeth I’m not surprised at all that they’ve been able to pull this off, because her passion and energy shone through all throughout the interview.
