What is it like to be a Civil Procedure professor during a pandemic? Let alone a student learning to be a 1L? After repeated and strong requests from students in the fall of 2020, and in an effort to foster Dr. Mike Osterholm's "Pandemic of Kindness," Professor Franck created this podcast to offer her Section 2 students some reflections on life during a pandemic. In response to a student request, this episode offers you some perspective on burnout -- how to avoid it -- how to put it in context -- and how to try to maximize this time of year to get the largest professional benefit. It also offers a few stories about how I spent my Thanksgivings in law school.
