I (Krista Kayser) am joined in person by the incredible Steph Thornton. Steph designs brands, builds websites, and offers various forms of support with being a human and running a business through The Tenth House. In this episode we deep dive into some Human Design depths, talk about astrology and seeking to understand oneself, accepting and honouring the duality within, and how it can be hard to accept that we contain multitudes. Steph shares her journey through finding Human Design and how it has changed and shaped her life. We discuss the intentionality of Steph's business, her experience as a mother, entreprenuer and spiritual being. Steph shares the tools and resources that are paramount for her - including somatic movements and expression. We also discuss the challenges and feelings of helplessness with the state of the world, late stage capitalism, and the importance of conversation and community.
