After his mother lost her life in a racially motivated shooting in her church Chris found himself thrown not just by grief but by the responsibility of taking care of his younger siblings and trying to find a path to forge on with their lives without being consumed with anger and hate.  Chris ultimately becomes a motivational speaker inspiring generations to learn to live and love one another.  This is a story of forgiveness, compassion. strength, hope and familial love.
