With the recent exposure to suicide it was necessary that we have a conversation about depression and suicide.  Licensed School Counselor, Cierra Sauls, gives us some insight from a friends perspective of depression.  Depression is  a silent killer and we often hear "we never seen this coming" but knowing the signs could prevent the loss of a loved one.  If you are the friend of someone battling with depression there are ways you can help.  If you are battling with depression there are some resources mentioned to get you help.
