Erika and Holly serve the greater coffee community by helping independent coffee shop owners get training, resources and connections in the coffee world through Coffee Fest. Coffee Fest could be called a "boot camp" of sorts for coffee shop owners, baristas, coffee roasters, and really anyone in the coffee business community. They put on four events a year across the country to support and educate independent coffee shop owners. Erika and Holly understand the highs and lows of being in the daily grind of serving coffee. They share what it's like to look ahead and help business owners get the training they need to be successful.
