PART 2 BABY!!!!!
I just felt like we should continue the conversation since confidence has been a very integral theme in my life.
In part 1 we talked about confidence mostly in regard to appearance, but confidence is more than that! In learning how to like/love yourself it’s important to be able to see yourself as a full being through who you are at your core.
So let’s continue the conversation on confidence with this episode and let me know your thoughts on confidence as well! There’s so much to get into that I felt like I could’ve continued this topic, but for now enjoy my first 2 part episode!
