We chat about her battle with Lupus an auto immune disease, that impacted her health dramatically and her confidence. She ran a highly successful hypnobirthing business, which she later sold and now is running a self-discovery community and coaching Business where women get to learn about all things spiritual.
We discuss the confidence blockers in life that have impacted us, the loneliness of Motherhood and losing our sense of self, how poor health can completely deplete our self-esteem and feeling worthy and interesting.
The contrast of being spiritual but still keeping it real. We both share a passion of using our love of spiritual stuff to work for us and our Businesses, and the journey to get here from hiding our spiritual side to now.
