Dave has attained a BSc in Health & Performance Science, a MSc Coaching Science & his CSCS. Dave is currently head of swimming performance in Terenure College and is also the S&C coach for Terenure swimming club. Today we talk about the research he performed on the Ultra Short Race Pace Training during his MSC. The research is about to be published and is the first of its kind on this method of training. He has some interesting critiques of the training modality and has some interesting conclusions.
