Doug and Kim welcome their first guest, Dr. Aimee Kimball, a Mental Health Consultant who is currently the Director of the Player and Team Development with the New Jersey Devils hockey team. Dr. Kimball was part of the 2009 and 2016 Stanley Cup Championships with the Pittsburgh Penguins before assuming her new role with the Devils.

Dr. Kimball holds degrees from Penn State, Miami University of Ohio, and the University of Tennessee and is the CEO of KPEX Consulting in Pittsburgh, PA
