In this episode, our 11th episode, we talk with Eva Fanari of Albuquerque, NM, USA who has been a member of Toastmasters International since October 2014.  Eva earned her Distinguished Toastmasters award in June 2020 in the Legacy Educational program.  SHe is passionate about negotiation and conflict management, managing emotions, and communication.  Eva says “communication is not what you say but what the other person hears.”
