Generosity is more than giving money, it's an attitude. Forgiving people when they trespass, being patient with folks. Being generous to your spouse with kind words. Notice the word gene in generosity, because generosity is the code for multiplication. When we are generous in what we have we multiply it. Jesus isn't a liar, he said "Give, and it will be given to you" (Luke 6:38)

Another observation I see about generosity is that it helps us take inventory of what we have. Sometimes we don't know what we have until we're called to give it. Giving can make us more thankful, and that can make every day more like Thanksgiving - hehe.

Be Generous, because God is generous!God gave his life for us. Giving cleanses the heart and makes room for a fresh new perspective on life!
