Today my guest is an old acquaintance Little Bear. He is one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met when it comes to wildcatting and foraging.  I met Little bear in our hometown of Woodstock, NY 10 or so years ago, 

Today we do something a bit different and look into the amazing plants that surround us, how we can use them, and how we can be sure they are here for future generations.
