Great Question… as human beings, this is quite impossible for us to determine. GOD lives on an entirely different plain that we don’t understand.

Even when given a glimpse of who He is and how He thinks, our minds and our hearts are not wired to understand, more than what He shares with us in His Word. 

So for the present, we will have to be satisfied, until we finally arrive at our Heavenly home.
