Greenhills and Notre Dame alum, Joe Fredrick, joined us to talk about his playing days as a Pioneer, playing on the courts with other talented Cincinnati players, as well as his days at Notre Dame playing for Digger Phelps.  Along the way, Joe was able to have experiences competing at the Five-Star Basketball camp in New York and also his time in the C.B.A.

Joe is probably most know for his time as an assistant on the Covington Catholic basketball team, but he's much more than that.  Enjoy.
