Julia Sheehan (Trail name: Rocket), is a long distance hiker from USA. Coming from the North East, and having served overseas in the US Airforce, she always had an interest in the outdoors. But how did she come to decide to walk the Appalachian trail? And then to devote the following years to living for the trail? Eoin talks with Julia about her life in the outdoors so far and what her plans are for 2021.
