Michael Tich along with his co-founder, Johnny Wolff, set the stage to solve this crisis by creating HomeRoom, a platform that simplifies out-of-state investing and streamlines affordable renting. Their marketplace connects rental property investors seeking a turnkey experience, high-yield expeerience, and renters seeing modern yet affordable housing. 

Michael is looking to help change the world of real estate and brining back the term "affordability" back into the lexicon. 

HomeRoom is a Y-Combinator backed startup and this is the first of many YC startups whom I will be interviewing.
