In this episode, we review the book Marijuana, The Second Trip  by Dr. Edward Bloomquist published in 1971.  In his book about the pros and cons of the use of marijuana, Dr. Bloomquist refers to Polynesian Paralysis as a syndrome that affects visitors to the South Pacific.
