Today I had the privilege of sitting down with Jason Moore, Owner, Proprietor, and Winemaker for Modus Operandi Cellars.

In this episode, Jason talks about his journey from working in high-end, fine dining restaurants and selling some of the most amazing and influential wines in the world, to traveling across country and starting his own brand in Napa Valley where he now produces those same influential wines himself.

Jason talks about his biggest strength in the wine industry and knowing when to do nothing, letting the fruit do what it needs to do and not over-thinking the process.
